These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and p222 ("p222," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the p222 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and related services accessible at p222.lat and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the verified account holder. p222 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts. The following conduct is prohibited in connection with bonuses and promotions:

• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other activity that violates applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

p222's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p222 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p222 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

p222 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

p222 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared only with licensed gaming providers, payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law, all as further described in the Privacy Policy.
