- Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other activity that violates applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

p222 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
p222 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
p222 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared only with licensed gaming providers, payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law, all as further described in the Privacy Policy.
